Jaidah

 Jaidah is my Iplehouse FID Aaliyah in dark brown, curvy body, small bust, with custom faceup to match EID Aaliyah. She arrived September 18, 2020. 

At this point in time, my group of dolls in this size is seven strong, and excepting Soomin (Korean, grey skin) and Urzoth Jr. (green skin), it was starting to look a little white washed. Also, I had always admired Iplehouse but just never saw the perfect fullset release. But I started looking specifically for dolls to continue the ethnic diversity of the collection and narrowed it down to Raccoondoll Laticia or Aaliyah. Since I already owned a Raccoondoll, Aaliyah was choosen.

She has a super fierce look that I love. Its the perfect badass, which is exactly the type of warrior woman I wanted for my gang. Her skin tone is lovely as well. And I spoiled myself and bought every pair of hands available for her.

I've struggled to make her perfect wigs, but honestly, my first one with the tiny braids is the best. It looks great on her and many other dolls. And I haven't been able to make another as good as that one again!

She can technically fit in the Creature Doll Guardian Phyllis limited set...but its a very tight fit.

Overall, she poses well if not quite as well as my Creature Doll. Her body is stunning as is her face, which makes her again one of my favorites (I have many favorites)
