Urzoth and the Dire Wolf

 Urzoth had her dire wolf companion for many years, and enjoyed exploring the outdoors with him.

Urzoth is a Somnia Crawler Dolls Nara and the dire wolf is a posable art doll made by me with a 3d printed head purchased online.

Fashion Scale MSD BJD Comparison

 One of my favorite things to do in the BJD hobby is compare all the different kinds of dolls. For these photos, originally taken back in February 2021, I had 5 dolls to compare:

Muse of Bone has super high heel feet, and sadly no flat feet option, so she is held up with a stand. The others all stand unaided, generally, although Somnia Crawler's knees are not as stable as the others so she, too, has a stand. I love how each body is unique. The Raccoondoll aesthetically is my least favorite, although it does pose really well. I understand there is a new slim body so I may get a new Raccoondoll in the future with the new body to see if I like it better.  I have no idea what I'm doing but here is my blog! I haven't successfully kept a blog since the days of ye olde LiveJournal. I intend this blog to be specific to my ball-jointed doll collecting and hobby. At this exact moment, I don't actually know what I'm doing or how to work blogger, but I'll figure that out as I go!
